HAIR EXTENSION MAINTENANCE
Extensions require proper maintenance to keep them looking fresh, full, and fabulous. That’s where our Extension Maintenance Experience comes in. We recommend a maintenance appointment every 6-8 weeks, during which we will:

Fully Remove and Refresh: We’ll carefully remove each row of extensions, allowing us to refresh your natural hair & the extensions themselves.

Re-Color and Tone: If needed, we’ll readdress the color of both your natural hair & extensions to keep everything looking flawless & cohesive.

Reinstall with New Beads and String: We use fresh beads & string for each maintenance appointment to ensure a secure, comfortable fit.

Professional Styling: We’ll finish with a beautiful, professional style so you leave the salon feeling polished & ready to take on the world.

What are your business hours?Business hours are Monday - Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm! Please note that every stylist keeps different hours and days of operation, so hours may differ from stylist to stylist!

How do I book an appointment?All of our stylists work independently, therefore, they book their own appointments! If you wish to book with a specific stylist, the best way to book is to contact them directly! If you’re a new client wishing to book an appointment, please fill out our contact form and a stylist will be in contact with you shortly.

How should I prep for my appointment?The best way to arrive to your appointment is with freshly washed, and dried hair, a few inspo pictures, and be ready to relax!

What payment methods do you accept?Card or cash!

Do you have a cancellation policy?In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a 48 hour notice. As for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. Appointments cancelled day of will be charged 100% of scheduled services. A no-show appointment will be charged full price of scheduled services, and possible refusal of future services. Please note, if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment without notifying, it will be considered a no-show. If you arrive after the 15 minutes, your services may be altered or denied due to inadequate time allowance. If services are changed due to time inadequacy, you will still be charged full price of scheduled services. In the event you’d like to minimize/alter your scheduled services, please request changes 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a full charge of scheduled services. If you wish to change the services you are scheduled for, please contact your stylist at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to allow for scheduling adjustments.

Do you allow pets or children?We kindly ask that children and pets are not brought into the salon for the duration of your appointment. This is for the safety of the child/pet, and concerning other salon guests. Our aim is to create a luxurious, relaxing environment for every guest that comes to our salon!
