MEET OLIVIA
I’m Olivia, owner of The Platinum Collective Salon and a stylist passionate about helping you achieve your healthiest, prettiest hair. I specialize in luxury color from blondes to brunette, and hand-tied & keratin extensions, blending expertise with a love for creating styles that make my clients feel confident and beautiful. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a total transformation, I’m here to make sure your hair not only looks incredible but feels its absolute best.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me running the show at the salon, staying inspired by my amazing team, and working on ways to deliver the best possible experience for our clients. Helping you love your hair is what I do best, and every appointment with me is all about bringing out the very best version of you.

MEET CHELSEA
I’m Chelsea McCoy, a stylist with 14 years of experience, specializing in brunettes, lived-in color, and hand-tied extensions. I’m proud to be a Redken Certified Haircolorist, Deva Curl Level 1 Certified, Harper Ellis Concealed Bead Certified, and a licensed NC Cosmetic Arts Instructor. My goal with every appointment is to enhance your natural beauty and texture, creating looks that feel effortless and authentic.
Outside the salon, you can usually find me cheering on my three girls at a ball field or basketball court. When I’m not with them, I love a good sweat session at F45 South Asheville, traveling for education, and squeezing in date nights with my husband, Colby. My go-to drinks are Americanos and Diet Coke, and I’ll never pass up the chance to quote Mean Girls or jam to some 90s throwbacks.

I'm Savannah Constance. I was born and raised in Candler, NC with 8 years of experience behind the chair! My expertise lies in lived-in, blonding, bronzing, cuts, and bridals & I am now certified in Harper Ellis hair extensions. I take great pride in helping my clients achieve their best look by enhancing their natural beauty through my work.
In my free time, you will find me spending time with my daughter Brynlee, riding horses, or singing in church! I'm currently working Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. MEET DARIA
I’m passionate about creating beautiful, personalized looks, specializing in everything blonde, from low-maintenance looks to high-impact transformations. I’m also certified in BELLAMI hair extensions. Through BELLAMI, I offer a range of extensions, including hand-tied, keratin tip, I-tip, and tape-ins! I love lived-in color, and cuts for both men and women. I currently work Monday - Thursday!
Originally from Stargard Szczeciński, Poland, I was adopted in 2006 and have called Asheville home ever since.

MEET GENNA
Hi, I’m Genna Parker! Originally from NC, I’ve lived all over the Southeast & even spent time on the West Coast, where I graduated from the Paul Mitchell School in San Francisco. With 14+ years of experience behind the chair, my specialty lies in creating natural, lived-in color, rich dimensional tones, and seamless hair extensions. I believe a thorough consultation is key to ensuring my clients leave with a style that not only looks great but also fits effortlessly into their lifestyle.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me spending time with my two dogs & two cats, baking up something delicious, or exploring new restaurants when traveling. Coffee? Always. Fall? My absolute fave season! I’m currently working Tuesday through Friday, & I’d love to have you in my chair. For new extension clients, a consultation is required before booking, & new color clients will need to schedule a virtual consult first.

I’m Lexi Thomas! Originally from Johnson City, Tennessee, I’ve called Asheville home since I was 4 years old. While blonding is my specialty, I pride myself on being versatile & ready for any style or challenge that comes my way. I’m also certified in the Harper Ellis Concealed Bead Method, bringing my clients the most seamless & modern hair extension techniques. My passion is helping clients achieve their dream hair— whether it’s a bold transformation or keeping your signature look fresh. There’s nothing better than seeing someone walk out of the salon feeling confident, beautiful, and completely themselves.
When I’m not behind the chair, I love traveling and spending time with my dogs, & close-knit group of family & friends.
